Hi, I’m Isabel.

I’m an artist, entrepreneur, certified busy gal and work in progress just like anyone else, who also happens to be a Somatic Practitioner and Therapist.

These days, I coach high performers who are craving a slower, steadier kind of success. The kind rooted in presence, nervous system safety, and real self-trust - not just pushing through for productivity’s sake.

I didn’t always live this way.

I spent years building a career that looked great on paper, but left me burnt out, disillusioned and disconnected from what was really important to me. At some point, I realised I couldn’t think or strive my way into wholeness - I had to feel my way there.

So I changed direction, went back to school (twice), and built a practice around the work I believe in most: helping people come back into their bodies, rewrite the stories running their lives, and create the internal conditions for a life that actually feels good to live.

I don’t believe in quick fixes, pop-psych trends, or one-size-fits-all anything.

I do believe in deep work, harnessing the power of your nervous system, and the kind of spacious support that lets you rebuild from the inside out. That’s what I offer through 1:1 work, my group program A State to Create, and workshops for people ready to reimagine what resilience and creativity look like—on their terms.

Professional Background

  • Before stepping into coaching, I spent over a decade in UX design & Behavioural Science research, leading projects for global companies like Amazon, Discover Financial Services, and Cognizant, as well as more values-driven brands like Pukka Tea, Unilever, and the Kenya Wildlife Trust. That work trained me to distill big, messy ideas into clear direction. To listen closely, spot patterns quickly, and help people move from concept to execution - fast. But what always fascinated me most was never the interface or design, it was the human behind it. I developed a deep curiosity for how our wants, desires, and internal narratives shape the stories we tell and the lives we build. That same lens now runs through everything I do as a coach - combining strategic action with nervous system-informed insight to help people bring their vision to life in a way that actually feels aligned, embodied, and sustainable.
