Over 6 weeks (June 3rd–July 11th) you’ll learn how to reprogram your body and brain out of survival and into possibility.
You’ll move through a foundational curriculum dripped weekly, live Somatic Experiencing sessions with Isabel, live infamous hot-seat coaching calls with Maia, and a library of supportive tools you’ll keep for life—all inside a high-accountability space (Circle community) with a capped group of 30 reality benders doing the work alongside you.

A powerful co-led opening session with Isabel and Maia to root into what you’re creating—and why it matters now.
We’ll help you anchor into a vision that moves you, one that becomes the blueprint for your next chapter — and the foundation for every step we’ll take together.
We’ll teach you a gentler path to ambition—one built to last. A way forward that works at the speed of safety.
Isabel will guide you into the body, helping you access the felt sense of your vision, and begin creating the internal safety to actually hold it.
Maia will introduce some pieces of her VISION methodology, the life design framework that’s helped hundreds of creatives, founders, and deep-feelers shift from autopilot into intention.
You’ll also set up your own AStC Notion dashboard and identify your first micromovements.

In Week 2, we move gently into the internal terrain—where resistance, fear, and freeze tend to hide.
This session is led by Isabel, and it’s all about creating space in your system. Space to feel, to notice, to soften. Space for something new to take root.
You’ve clarified your vision. Now, we help your body feel safe enough to move toward it.
We’ll explore:
What “freeze” actually looks and feels like (and why it’s not laziness or lack of willpower)
Somatic tools to support your nervous system as you take new steps
How to spot and release unconscious blocks that drain your energy and blur your clarity
We call it clearing the channels because this is not about “fixing” yourself. We will teach you how to clear the static so your energy is available for what matters.

By this point, you’ve anchored into your vision and started to move with clarity. But old beliefs and inner critics might still be lingering.
This week, we go deep into what’s really been running the show.
Co-led by Isabel and Maia, this session helps you bring awareness to the stories, patterns, and subconscious narratives that keep you second-guessing, playing small, or stalling your own momentum.
We’ll teach:
How to spot the subtle scripts of self-sabotage
Techniques for rewiring limiting beliefs in both the body and the mind
The neuroscience and nervous system roots of shame, fear, and freeze
You’ll walk away with:
A powerful reframe that supports your next chapter
Somatic tools to shift stories at the root—not just mentally
A fresh lens on your vision—rooted in possibility, not fear

In Week 4, we begin the process of reclaiming your power—piece by piece.
Led by Maia, this session is where clarity meets structure.
You’ll learn how to build a simple, flexible system that holds your vision and helps you follow through—not by force, but through flow and intention.

This session is about melting that freeze.
Led by Isabel, we’ll explore:
The nervous system’s relationship to shame and visibility
How internalized systems (patriarchy, productivity culture, etc.) shape how we show up—or don’t
Somatic practices to move through freeze and reclaim your voice, presence, and power
Maia will offer intimate hot-seat coaching calls this week to help you break the fear of being seen by being seen for who you truly are.
You’ll walk away with:
A grounded somatic understanding of shame and how to release it
New internal capacity to be seen, speak up, and share your work
A body-based blueprint for sustainable, embodied leadership
This is the moment you stop hiding and start standing in who you actually are.

In our final session, we integrate everything.
But we’re not over yet: we’re setting you up to keep going.
Together, we’ll:
Reflect on your journey: what’s shifted in your body, your mindset, your systems
Identify what consistency looks like for you (not someone else’s blueprint)
Anchor into your next season of creation—without hustle or burnout
On the hot seat calls Maia will guide you through a strategic review to help you see how far you’ve come and what’s next.

How it works
A State To Create is a full-body shift.
We’ve intentionally structured this transformational 6—week journey in two distinct phases: Somatics and Embodiment. We’ve seen this in our own journeys, and in our clients’ lives: momentum only becomes sustainable when inner safety and strategic action walk together.
Weeks 1–3: Somatics
The first 3 weeks are Isabel’s ground.
Somatic practitioner by day, artist and entrepreneur by night—but 24/7, the person who will meet you exactly where you are, hold space for all of you, and gently guide you back to the truth that your body has always known.
This is where we reclaim your inner ground—gently, but powerfully.
Each Tuesday, we’ll meet for a class with Isabel where you’ll learn how your nervous system actually works, explore the patterns that have been running the show, and begin to shift how you relate to challenge, resistance, and fear.
You’ll start to recognize the invisible scripts shaping your reactions, and learn how to work with your system instead of against it. These are the foundational weeks where you stop fighting your resistance and start listening to it.
What is your body trying to tell you? These weeks, we’ll find out.
Each Friday, you’ll melt into a 2-hour somatic immersion—a completely live, experiential session with Isabel designed to move you out of resistance and into presence.
Once you’ve landed in your body, it’s time to move.
Starting in Week 4, Maia enters the scene to support you in bridging vision with action. Business strategist, mentor, and master of momentum—she’s here to help you stop circling your ideas and start building them.
These next three weeks are about following through, your way—with strategy, structure, and the kind of accountability that will keep supporting you way after the program is over because it teaches you how to lead yourself forward.
Tuesdays remain your anchor classes, focused on implementing your vision, building momentum, and learning Maia’s signature systems for designing a life that actually works for you.
Fridays now become hot seat coaching pods with Maia—split into two smaller groups so each person gets personalized support. This is where you bring your real-life blocks, questions, and projects.
Maia will meet them with her soft-but-fierce presence, helping you move forward with clarity and fire.
Weeks 3–6: Embodiment
And in between live calls
You’ll learn how to lead yourself forward through the power of (next level) accountability.
Because transformation doesn’t only happen during live calls. It happens in the in-between—the moments where life hits, questions come up, or momentum starts to wobble. That’s why we’ve created our space with three core pillars to hold and support you:

Hi, I’m Isabel - somatic practitioner, integrative psychotherapist, and creator of A State to Create.
The programme was born out of a 10 year career in a field I never actually wanted to be in, that wound me up with a shattered jaw and missing front teeth! This literal shock to the system triggered a series of events that led me to where I am today, taking the steps I longed to take many years before. The steps I wish I’d had clarity on, before I spent too long in an environment that was simply never for me.
This is a path I’ve walked myself, from knowing I wanted more and not being quite sure how to get there, to getting up and actively taking more for myself - making it happen, turning the thought into a thing - as Maia would say.
My work sits at the intersection of nervous system regulation and neuropsychology. The approach I’ve crafted isn’t about hacks, productivity or quick wins. It’s about creating sustainable change in the body and mind, so that you can hold the change this next level of yours requires.

My name is Maia. I am a lot of things but if you ask me what I do, I’ll tell you I love flirting with the limits of possibility.
I've heard my clients call me an energetic coach, mindset coach, work and play mentor, but at the core, I help leaders move their visions into reality, and learn how to call in more while doing less, through expanding their capacity to hold more.
This work was born from my own dance with ambition and burnout—trying to do everything “right,” hitting milestone after milestone, but still feeling like something wasn’t clicking.
My turning point didn’t come in one big moment—it came in waves. The day I stopped pushing through. The day I stopped waiting to be ready. The day I finally built my life and work around how I actually felt—not just what I wanted to achieve.
My work lives at the intersection of vision, strategy, and embodiment. I’m so excited to teach you this revolutionary approach that changed my life: learning to create from clarity, momentum, and trust in yourself.
And living life from that place of personal power.
