You’ll have two shared bedrooms (2 people per room), one full bathroom, a large private pool, a private outdoor kitchen, and a private living room.
This is our most accessible option without compromising on beauty or comfort, ideal if community is your priority.
You’ll share the residence with three other guests who hold similar preferences (or you may request to stay with a friend).

Our largest residence on site: designed for those who want spacious rooms, community energy, and a little extra comfort. Even bigger than the Grand Residency, and with an extra bathroom.
You’ll have two shared bedrooms (2 people per room), two full bathrooms, a big private pool, a private outdoor kitchen, and a large gathering area.
Perfect if you crave connection but want more space, more breathing room, and the convenience of an additional bathroom.
Note: We’ll host a few workshops in this residence’s outdoor area because it’s stunning — which is why this room is priced slightly lower than its usual premium rate.
