Refund Policy

All sales are final.

By completing payment for Systems Upgrade, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment has been made - including but not limited to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, failure to attend sessions, or personal circumstances.

We encourage all prospective clients to review this policy carefully and reach out with any questions before enrolling.

Attendance Policy

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. The program is designed as a complete experience, and attendance directly impacts results.

Late Arrivals: Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Arriving late will result in a shortened session - no additional time will be added.

No-Shows: Missed sessions without prior notice are forfeited. No exceptions or make-up sessions will be provided.

Illness or Emergency: Please notify us as soon as possible. Rescheduling in extenuating circumstances is at Isabel's sole discretion and is not guaranteed.

Accepted responsibility for their attendance and participation

All material within Systems Upgrade is the property of Isabel Taylor and Sasha Perez, and may not be used or replicated elsewhere without prior permission.

Proceeding with payment constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
